We are scaling our core transaction-processing division and need a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of account executives from our downtown headquarters. In this onsite role, you will directly drive the strategy that expands our B2B fintech footprint, coaching your team to close mid-market and enterprise deals. Responsibilities
Manage a team of 6 to 8 Account Executives, driving them to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
Analyze sales pipelines and velocity metrics to deliver accurate monthly revenue forecasts to executive leadership.
Coach team members on complex negotiation tactics, contract structuring, and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with product and risk compliance teams to align our market positioning with evolving regulatory and customer needs.
Build and execute repeatable sales playbooks to reduce rep onboarding time and increase conversion rates.
Requirements
5+ years of experience directly managing B2B sales teams specifically within the fintech, payments, or financial SaaS domain.
Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding team quotas of $5M+ ARR.
Strong command of Salesforce for pipeline inspection, activity tracking, and forecasting.
Ability to work onsite full-time at our downtown office.
Demonstrated experience hiring, training, and promoting sales talent.
