Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function and build a strong, high-performing talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process across multiple roles and functions.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business requirements.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Manage and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality of hires.
Build strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
Track recruitment metrics, improve hiring efficiency, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Drive employer branding and innovative recruitment initiatives.
Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners when required.
Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with experience in a leadership or senior-level role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing recruitment teams and hiring at scale.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
