● Improve creative performance: Work with brand and creative partners to develop, test and scale effective campaigns, messages and formats.
● Find and test new growth opportunities: Identify promising channels, partnerships and audience opportunities; prioritize tests based on potential business impact.
● Build the team and operating model: Lead the performance marketing team, develop talent and hire for new growth capabilities as the business matures.
● Work across the business: Align growth plans with brand, product, finance, retail, marketplace and leadership priorities.

● Strong working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising; marketplace advertising and SEO experience are valuable. ● Commercial and analytical judgment: able to connect marketing investment to revenue, profitability and customer demand.
● Experience building measurement, reporting and experimentation practices.
● Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn performance insights into useful briefs and better campaigns.
● Experience leading people and agencies, with the judgment to build a team as the business grows.
