KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account & Client Relationship Management
Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients and brand partners from onboarding to post-event debriefs.
Brief Extraction: Gather, analyze, and compile detailed event requirements, brand guidelines, and creative assets from partners.
Retention & Growth: Build long-term trust to ensure high client satisfaction, high retention rates, and organic contract renewals.
Expectation Management: Maintain realistic project scopes while gracefully resolving client conflicts or sudden campaign changes
Cross-Functional Project Coordination
Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with design, digital marketing, artist management, and production teams to execute brand integration seamlessly.
Timeline Oversight: Build and monitor detailed event timelines and schedules to avoid peak-period delivery failures.
Brand Activations: Manage brand partnership deliverables, sponsored stages, and specialized installations during music festivals and live campaigns
n-Ground & Campaign Execution
On-Site Supervision: Travel and work on-site during festival execution to manage client lounges, guest relations, and VIP hospitality.
Troubleshooting: Anticipate, identify, and resolve technical, spatial, or operational issues for clients live on-ground.
Reporting & Debriefs: Compile post-event statistics, financial updates, and campaign performance reports into presentations for client stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in client servicing, brand partnerships, or account management within an experiential marketing agency or live entertainment ecosystem.
Industry Context: Prior exposure working on large-scale music festivals, public IPs, or corporate experiential events is highly preferred.
Communication: Masterful written and verbal communication skills, with specialized expertise drafting corporate presentations and proposals.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in managing numbers, spreadsheets
Stress Tolerance: Ability to maintain a calm demeanor, think critically, and perform under immense pressure during live events.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel on short notice and work non-standard hours (including late nights and weekends) during active festival campaigns
