OB DESCRIPTION
Owns all content thinking and creative direction across Swordfish Digital. Defines brand voice, narrative strategy, and platform-specific content formats for all accounts and IPs. Works across both pods and reports directly to the HoD. This is a specialist role — the Content Lead is a creative thinker first, a strategist second, and a manager of the content output pipeline third.

Ensure creative consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Own copy across posts, captions, briefs, and campaign documents.
Build and enforce the content planning system — minimum 3-week brief lead time across all accounts.

Stay ahead of platform formats, content trends, and cultural moments relevant to SF's world.
REQUIREMENTS
4–6 years in content strategy, copywriting, or creative direction.
