Responsibilities:
• Leading teams of highly qualified functional- and technical resources.
• Provide technical leadership for IT solutions to which you have ownership.
• Architect Solutions that are scalable, secure & sustainable.
• Provide scalable, maintainable and robust designs/solutions.
• Be able to effectively plan, coordinate and communicate on builds/projects.
• Accountable for quality project deliverables.
• Technical escalation point for team in addressing Production issues.
• Designing solutions that are scalable and maintainable.
• Manage the delivery of consulting services provided by local SFDC consulting
partners.
• Own and drive build-vs-buy decisions, evaluating solutions available on the
Salesforce AppExchange and recommending the most effective, scalable, and
cost-efficient approach.
Requirements:
• Experience in building stored procedures and reports.
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring
and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s,
Avaya/CTI, Informatica, and integration to enterprise systems.
• Classic experience hands on experience with Lightning experience in
designing solution and lead the team, Salesforce Live Chat nice to have.
• Expert Level expertise in Salesforce Implementations. Including.
• Std. Salesforce and Custom Salesforce developments.
• Expert Level expertise in LWC and Apex Development.
• Expert Level expertise in Integrations.
• Expert in designing Salesforce Solutions.
• Ready to work in different time zones
