MERN Stack Developer – 5–6 Years
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both frontend and backend development using the MERN stack and be comfortable working in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Build responsive, reusable, and high-quality UI components using React.js.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, product teams, and other developers.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
Implement best practices related to security, scalability, performance, and code quality.
Provide production support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
5–6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Good experience with MongoDB, database design, and query optimization.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Good understanding of Git and version control systems.
Experience with application debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.
Good to Have:
Strong experience with TypeScript.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with microservices architecture.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and best practices.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
