Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apex development, Salesforce platform customization, integrations, and modern UI development using LWC.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Build scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Develop and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and other declarative automations.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure application security through proper implementation of sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and roles.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in:
Apex
SOQL & SOSL
Salesforce Flows
Visualforce
JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or Copado.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
