Act as a primary liaison between business teams and technical/development teams.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and user sign-off.
Support change management, training, and documentation efforts.
Own and manage Salesforce administration and configuration end-to-end.
Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and Flows.
Manage user access, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
Build and maintain robust reports and dashboards for key business insights.
Ensure platform stability, data quality, and governance best practices.
Optimize and automate business processes using Salesforce best practices.
Provide expert support for Salesforce releases, enhancements, and production issues.
Coordinate effectively with developers for advanced customizations and integrations.
Mentor junior administrators and BAs, providing functional guidance and best practices.
Actively participate in solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
8+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator.
Strong hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform.
Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Robust experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
Solid grasp of Salesforce security models, data models, and sharing rules.
Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
