Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, technical delivery, integrations, and stakeholder management across enterprise projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds, architecture design, integrations, DevOps, and pre-sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud.
Define architecture for integrations, security, data model, APIs, and performance optimization.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide architecture guidance.
Create proof of concepts and solution prototypes when required.
Lead large-scale Salesforce implementations, migrations, and integrations.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical leadership for development using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Omnistudio/Vlocity.
Establish coding standards, best practices, and scalable development approaches.
Manage CI/CD, release management, deployments, and DevOps using Salesforce DX, Git, and Copado.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with business, sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts.
Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and architecture presentations.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce Architecture expertise.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
Experience across Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Salesforce Industries/Vlocity.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, and data modeling.
Experience with CI/CD, Copado, Git, and Salesforce DevOps.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Architecture Certifications preferred.
Experience working in Agile environments.
