We're seeking a driven Oracle ERP Cloud Techno-Functional professional to join our team onsite in Chennai or Hyderabad. This is a unique opportunity to work extensively on a recently migrated Oracle Cloud ERP system for a leading Australian telecom provider, gaining deep exposure to all business processes and the latest patches. Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Oracle Cloud ERP components across Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
Collaborate with developers, managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate project tasks.
Actively participate in Oracle Quarterly patch release testing and analysis.
Understand customer issues, perform impact assessments, and provide technical solutions or updates.
Work with diverse teams including Service Managers, business users, and IT personnel.
Be available for night shifts, weekends, or holidays as per roster demands.
What You'll Need
Total IT experience of 3+ years, with 4+ years of techno-functional experience on Oracle Cloud ERP.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and BIP Reports development.
Strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle ERP Order Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
Proven ability to understand Cloud platforms and technologies within a business context.
Experience managing P1/P2/P3/P4 incidents.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new challenges.
Minimal experience with OIC integrations.
Added Advantages
Oracle external Certification in SCM, Order Management, or Procurement.
Exposure to Oracle ERP Finance modules.
Extensive operational knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud.
