Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–7 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with product, QA, frontend, DevOps, and other technical teams.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines for source control and deployment.
Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
3–7 years of hands-on experience in Java Development.
Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java 8+.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Good experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of JUnit/Mockito or similar testing frameworks.
Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
Understanding of System Design and Distributed Systems.
Experience working in a product-based or high-scale application environment.
