Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 6–7 years of experience in managing technology projects and operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, operations management, incident management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Manage technology operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery, system availability, and timely resolution of operational issues.

• Own incident management, coordinating with technical teams to resolve critical incidents, minimise downtime, and ensure timely escalations.

• Work closely with business, product, engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.

• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Lead and coordinate large cross-functional teams of 15–20 members, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery milestones.

• Drive project governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

• Identify delivery and operational bottlenecks and work with technical teams to resolve dependencies and improve processes.

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements and expected outcomes remain aligned.

• Maintain a good understanding of SDLC, cloud, DevOps, and basic technical concepts to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Management.

• Strong experience in Project & Operations Management.

• Hands-on experience in Incident Management and production issue resolution.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience managing large cross-functional teams (15–20 members).

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, and Cloud concepts.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.

• DevOps and Cloud exposure will be preferred.
