Who You Are
● 4-6 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering
● Hands-on production experience with at least one major cloud providers (AWS is must; multi-cloud exposure is a plus)
● Strong practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments
● Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform preferred)
● Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
● Hands-on experience managing distributed data systems such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Redis
● Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices
● Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, logging systems, etc.)
● Understanding of zero-trust access concepts and secure production access practices
● Experience working in multi-tenant or SaaS environments is preferred
● Exposure to service mesh technologies
● Familiarity with compliance and security standards is advantageous Key Responsibilities
● Implement and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI environments
● Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and automation tools
● Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD (GitOps model)
● Deploy, manage, and scale distributed data systems including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis
● Implement secure production access using IAM, RBAC, and zero-trust principles
● Configure and enhance observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
● Improve system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness
● Optimize autoscaling strategies, resource allocation, and cloud cost utilization (FinOps awareness)
● Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvement
● Collaborate with engineering and security teams to strengthen DevSecOps maturity
