We are seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer (Level 5C) to drive the architecture, deployment, and governance of enterprise-grade automation and application solutions. In this hybrid role, you will deliver as a high-performing individual contributor aligned with enterprise architecture while mentoring developers and identifying process automation opportunities across business verticals. You will own the technical delivery of secure, scalable solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint Online, advanced forms, and security roles.
Build end-to-end automation workflows using both Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop.
Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL databases, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
Implement structured Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) utilizing Git and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Enforce environment strategies, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, solution packaging, and platform governance.
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities, author technical documentation, and mentor junior developers.
5 to 7 years of enterprise Power Platform development experience, including participation in 30+ production implementations.
At least 5 years of experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps, and 3+ years with Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
At least 2 years of experience with Model-driven Apps, Dataverse, and SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and Custom Connectors.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
Active PL-400 certification is mandatory.
First-class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, MTech, or MSc (minimum 70% marks).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) certification.
Hands-on experience building and configuring Power Pages.
Deep Azure integration experience, including Azure Content Analyzer API.
