8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Technical Architect responsibilities.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Design, Development, and Implementation.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and platform architecture.
Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and solution design experience.
Preferred Certifications
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – One or more modules.
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
ITIL 4 Foundation – Preferred.
Cloud or Enterprise Architecture certifications – Nice to have.
