Finacle Migration Architect Role :-
Requirements :• 10+ years in core banking technology• Hands-on Finacle 10.x to 11.x upgrade, taken to go-live• At least one end-to-end Finacle implementation• Hands-on means hands-on: you design the upgrade, then get into the scripts, batch logs and cutover runbook yourself.• Deep in customization: Finacle scripting, custom menus, batch jobs, EOD/BOD, reports• Integration: Finacle Integrator, Connect 24, product and custom APIs• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, performance tuning, data migration
Qualifications
Strong architecture and architectural design skills, with proven experience defining end-to-end solutions for complex banking platforms such as Finacle.
Hands-on software development experience, including designing and implementing upgrade paths, custom extensions, and performance tuning for Finacle or similar core banking systems.
Expertise in system and application integration, including APIs, middleware, and data migration between Finacle components and external systems.
Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery oversight for large-scale technology upgrades.
In-depth understanding of Finacle 10 and 11 architecture, deployment models, and configuration, with prior experience in version upgrades strongly preferred.
Knowledge of banking domain processes, security and compliance requirements, and high-availability, disaster recovery, and performance best practices.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical topics clearly, and provide architectural leadership and mentoring.
Experience working in on-site client environments and willingness
