We are looking for a sharp shooter, L2 techno-functional resource for a banking client in Mumbai.  Position is onsite, near Navi Mumbai. 
We are open to both options, i.e. contractual as well as permanent hiring. 
L2 Finacle Techno-Functional ResourceEperience: 5–8 years in Finacle support/implementation, preferably with strong L2 production support experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 techno-functional support for Finacle Core Banking.

• Expert in EOD/BOD issue analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, and monitoring.

• Perform EOD/BOD performance tuning and fine-tuning to improve processing time and stability.

• Analyze application logs, database queries, jobs, interfaces, and batch processes to identify root causes.

• Troubleshoot Finacle modules, interfaces, and integration-related issues.

• Conduct RCA, problem management, and preventive actions for recurring production issues (related to EOD/BOD).

• Good understanding of Finacle architecture, scripting, SQL, Unix/Linux, and database concepts.
