Role overview:
The Business Development Associate position is a customer-facing and target-driven sales role. The key responsibilities include:
Connecting with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
Understanding their career and learning requirements.
Explaining suitable Scaler programmes.
Handling candidate queries and sales objections.
Converting qualified leads into enrolments.
Achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintaining accurate lead and follow-up information.
