This onsite, lead-level role demands an experienced professional ready to drive operational excellence, optimize inventory, and lead a high-performing team within a company renowned for product quality and customer trust.
Lead, schedule, and assign store employees, ensuring accountability and tracking work results.
Oversee comprehensive material planning and procurement processes.
Manage the annual store budget: forecast expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Implement robust inventory management strategies, including ABC Classification and Min-Max level maintenance, ensuring strong inventory control.
Drive the awareness and implementation of Lean Tools across store operations.
Ensure stringent adherence to all ISO audit requirements.
Train and develop stores employees, reinforcing adherence to standardized work instructions.
Spearhead and implement cost efficiency initiatives throughout the stores function.
Experience: 12+ years in store management, ideally within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, B.Tech (Mechanical), or a Diploma in Material Management.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in ERP, SAP (specifically MM module), MS-Excel, FIFO, 5S, and ISO/QMS principles as applied to store operations.
Managerial Acumen: Proven understanding of forecasting and budgeting.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities with a track record of team development.
