Design, model, and prepare comprehensive construction documentation, details, and schedules for US residential, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.
Ensure all designs and documentation adhere strictly to local building codes and standards.
Maintain and update BIM models in Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and seamless coordination across all disciplines.
Facilitate efficient document review, markup, and RFI processes utilizing Bluebeam Revu and BIM 360.
Translate initial design concepts into precise technical drawings.
Leverage advanced architectural tools to streamline drafting processes and maintain high technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate effectively with engineers and clients through integrated digital platforms to ensure flawless project delivery.
3 to 5 years of professional experience as an Architect.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for document markup and management.
Proven experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud in collaborative project environments.
Strong understanding of the US construction industry, including international building codes (IBC/IRC) and standard architectural practices.
Demonstrated experience across US residential, commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.
Familiarity with cloud-based project management platforms and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies.
Strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage tight deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Lumion.
