8-10 years of experience in core manufacturing. BSC or MSC Food Tech.
Have worked in shifts in the past and lead team of manufacturing supervisors
Should have good understanding of production and resource planning
Should have fair understanding on HACCP and Food safety
Should have experience of handling multiple client audits
Should be able to maintain TGA GMP certification
Good understanding on CAPA writing
Should be able to carry out process improvements
Basic understanding on manufacturing and packaging machines used in food manufacturing and their troubleshooting
