What You'll Do
Design end-to-end mobile app experiences, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
Translate complex financial mechanics into clear, accessible, and human-centered user interfaces.
Collaborate with senior designers to refine design concepts and expand our mobile design system.
Support user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to validate design decisions with qualitative data.
Partner closely with product managers and developers to ensure design integrity from initial concept to final production.
What We Look For
3 to 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record of shipping native iOS and Android applications.
A portfolio demonstrating your design process, structural thinking, and high-fidelity mobile UI execution.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systematic layout, components, and prototyping.
Strong understanding of native mobile interaction patterns and platform guidelines (Apple HIG and Material Design).
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and iterate rapidly based on peer feedback and engineering constraints.
Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience designing products in banking, payments, lending, or personal finance.
Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and structured usability tests.
Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping transition physics.
