Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building, automating, deploying, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and monitoring.
The candidate should be passionate about automation, system reliability, and optimizing deployment processes while collaborating with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, application deployment, and production issues.
Implement security best practices, access controls, and secrets management.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Manage version control and branching strategies using Git.
Support disaster recovery, backup, high availability, and scalability initiatives.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, and DevOps practices.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Good knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or cloud-native monitoring solutions.
Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security configurations.
Familiarity with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with Helm, Argo CD, or other GitOps tools.
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automated security scanning.
Exposure to microservices architecture.
Experience with production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
