We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our FinTech platform team. You will help build and operate secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure supporting critical applications. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to improve automation, deployment processes, platform reliability, and operational excellence.
Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, highly available, and cost-efficient infrastructure on AWS.
Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform.
Design, build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
Automate operational tasks using Bash and Python.
Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, and applications.
Drive AWS cost optimization initiatives.
Implement cloud security best practices and participate in incident response.
Strong AWS fundamentals and hands-on experience.
Strong Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting skills.
Strong Terraform experience.
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
Strong Linux, networking, and debugging skills.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
Experience with Docker.
Proven AWS cost optimization experience.
Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments.
Experience managing infrastructure compliant with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar standards.
Experience with Atlantis for Terraform workflows.
Knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
Experience with high availability and disaster recovery.
Ownership, strong troubleshooting ability, good communication skills, and a focus on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
