We are building complex, high-throughput cloud systems that demand rigorous, automated validation at scale. As a Senior Automation Engineer working full-time onsite, you will take full ownership of our end-to-end testing infrastructure, focusing heavily on continuous testing within Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) environments. You will write robust automation frameworks, eliminate testing bottlenecks, and ensure every microservice release meets precise reliability standards before hitting production.
Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for distributed applications running on GKE.
Provision and manage ephemeral, containerized test environments using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform within CI/CD pipelines.
Design and execute high-coverage API, integration, and end-to-end automated test suites in Python, Go, or Java.
Diagnose complex failures across container networks, microservice dependencies, and cloud infrastructure.
Drive software quality standards by embedding performance, stress, and resilience testing directly into deployment workflows.
5+ years of software test automation or SDET experience delivering enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
Hands-on operational expertise configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Advanced proficiency building test automation frameworks from scratch using Python, Go, or Java.
Deep production experience with Docker, modern CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins), and Terraform.
Strong technical background testing REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven microservices.
Ability to work full-time onsite at our headquarters.
Experience with service mesh architectures (Istio) and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
Familiarity with chaos engineering tools (Chaos Mesh, LitmusChaos).
Contributions to open-source test engineering or Kubernetes utilities.
