Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented MBA Fresher to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. The candidate will support project planning, reporting, coordination, documentation, resource tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
This role is ideal for an MBA fresher who is interested in Project Management, Business Operations, Program Management, and Technology Services.
Key Responsibilities
Support the PMO team in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple projects.
Maintain project trackers, schedules, action items, and status reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly project dashboards and MIS reports.
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect project updates and ensure timely reporting.
Follow up with stakeholders on pending activities and action items.
Assist in project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Maintain project documentation, presentations, trackers, and other PMO artifacts.
Support resource allocation, utilization, and deployment tracking.
Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Highlight project risks, delays, dependencies, and escalations to the PMO/Project Manager.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales, and Technology teams as required.
Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within the PMO.
Ensure project data and reports are accurate and updated on time.
Required Skills
MBA / PGDM fresher from a recognized institution.
Strong interest in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or Program Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive approach with strong follow-up and ownership skills.
Good to Have
Internship experience in PMO, Project Management, Operations, Consulting, IT Services, or Business Operations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or similar project management tools.
Basic understanding of IT/software development projects.
Exposure to creating dashboards or MIS reports.
Basic understanding of resource/capacity planning.
