Role Overview
We are looking for a GCP DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes/GKE. The candidate should have proven experience managing cloud infrastructure, deploying applications on GKE, and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP.
Work extensively with GKE and Kubernetes for application deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain Terraform configurations and reusable modules for GCP infrastructure.
Manage GCP networking, IAM, VPC, load balancing, and compute resources.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
Monitor and troubleshoot production infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads.
Implement best practices for scalability, availability, security, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with development and engineering teams to support application deployments and infrastructure requirements.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
Strong Kubernetes experience, specifically GKE.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Good understanding of GCP services including GKE, Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, and Load Balancing.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build.
Good understanding of Docker and containerization.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud and Kubernetes environments.
Good scripting knowledge in Bash or Python.
Key Focus Areas
GCP + Terraform + GKE depth should be clearly demonstrated through hands-on production experience.
