We are seeking a Lead AI Architect to design, build, and scale our enterprise Generative AI platform. In this onsite role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and production-grade engineering, driving the architectural blueprint for LLMs, agentic workflows, and robust RAG pipelines. You will own the technical vision, collaborate with executive leadership, and guide engineering teams to deploy secure, high-throughput AI solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Generative AI architectures, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestrations, and vector search systems.
Architect scalable compute, storage, and GPU infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Establish enterprise LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for automated deployment, model evaluation, observability, and cost optimization.
Implement rigorous security frameworks to mitigate risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and hallucination.
Author reference architectures, define development standards, and mentor engineering teams on AI best practices.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or enterprise architecture.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions.
Expertise in Python, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern data systems (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark).
Deep understanding of foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama), vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch), and orchestration frameworks.
Proven track record building secure, cloud-native applications on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs and optimizing model inference latency.
Active contributions to open-source AI frameworks or published research in machine learning.
Professional-level cloud architecture certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Architect).
