Job Summary:  
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Enginerr/ Senior Software Engineer – Mobile App Development with 1–10 years of experience in software engineering and strong expertise in cross-platform mobile application development.  
 
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Ionic, or similar technologies, along with solid knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, ownership, and collaboration skills, as the candidate will play a key role in leading the mobile development team and driving the mobile application roadmap. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Frontend Development & Implementation 

• Develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications across platforms.  

• Lead the architecture and implementation of mobile solutions using React Native, Flutter, Ionic, or similar frameworks.  

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Architects, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality products.  

• Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and best practices across the mobile development team.  

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.  

• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Define and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.  

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide sustainable solutions.  

• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.  

• Work closely with stakeholders to estimate, plan, and deliver features on schedule. 
   

• Must-Have Skills & Experience 

• 1–10 years of overall software development experience. 1+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile App Development.  

• Strong experience with at least one of: React Native, Flutter, Ionic or similar cross-platform mobile frameworks  

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and good experience with React.js and modern frontend development concepts. 

• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with backend services.   

• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, MobX, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.  

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.  

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
   

• Leadership Expectations (Senior Software Engineer)

• Lead the mobile engineering function and act as the technical point of contact for mobile initiatives.  

• Mentor engineers and help build a high-performing mobile development team.  

• Influence technical direction and contribute to long-term architecture planning.  

• Collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.

• Good to Have/ Bonus Points: 

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).  

• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, Redux). 

• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and offline-first applications.  

• Familiarity with Firebase services (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM). 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and App Store / Play Store release processes.  

• Understanding of mobile performance optimization and security best practices. 

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.  

• Experience leading mobile teams and mentoring engineers.
