Role: HR Manager & IT / Software Recruiter
Exp: Above 7 years
Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office only. (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Highly dynamic and hands-on HR Manager cum IT/Software Recruiter who will manage end-to-end HR operations while also taking full ownership of technology hiring. The role requires a balanced focus on strategic HR management and practical recruitment execution, particularly for IT and software roles.
Responsibilities
HR Operations:
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, exits.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMIS systems.
Design, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Promote a positive work culture and handle employee engagement initiatives.
Act as a bridge between management and employees.
Coordinate performance management cycles and appraisal processes.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management with finance.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support workforce planning and succession planning.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Own complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology roles.
Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for software and IT positions.
Assess candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking for candidate sourcing.
Coordinate with technical leads and project managers for interview processes.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire).
Provide regular hiring status updates to the CEO.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in IT / Software Recruitment.
Sound knowledge of HR operations and compliance.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and ATS tools.
High ownership and accountability.
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
