Backend Developer (2–4 Years)

(Location: Jaipur         ||        Type: Full-Time)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Backend Developer with proven experience building APIs, services, and scalable backend systems using modern tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Must-Have Skills

·      Strong experience in one backend stack:

o   Node.js (Express / Nest.js) (preferred)

o   Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

o   Java (Spring Boot)

o   PHP (Laravel)

·      Building REST APIs and backend services

·      Database experience: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

·      Writing efficient queries and clean data models

·      Authentication & authorization (JWT / role-based access)

·      Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)

·      Working in Agile teams (Jira / Azure DevOps)

Good to Have

·      Redis or caching mechanisms

·      Docker (hands-on)

·      Basic CI/CD exposure

·      API documentation using Swagger

·      Message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

·      Unit testing (Jest / Mocha / PyTest / JUnit)

Expectations

·      Design and develop production-grade backend APIs

·      Own features end-to-end (logic, performance, edge cases)

·      Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams

·      Use AI coding tools (Copilot / ChatGPT, etc.) to improve speed, quality, and debugging

Profile Fit

·      Product-focused backend engineer (not support-only roles)

·      Comfortable working on live systems handling sensitive data

·      Strong debugging skills and attention to detail

This role requires real-world API and database experience. Candidates without hands-on backend experience in production environments should not be shared.
