Primary Responsibility: The RM/Sr. RM is responsible for driving insurance sales through the retail distribution model, focusing on both new customer acquisition and servicing existing leads. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship building, and business development.

· Increase top-of-funnel by driving periodic BTL activities and generating referrals from prospects.
· Maximize virtual and physical connects with qualified prospects.
· Adopt need-based selling by tailoring recommendations to customer profiles.
· Assist and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
· Follow up rigorously and timely on all work-in-progress prospects.
· Update prospect information and track performance on LMS/VYMO.
· Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and accurate.
· Track policies logged in the branch to ensure speedy issuance.
· Provide correct and complete product information to ensure transparency.
Decision Scope
· Provide accurate product information to customers to enable transparent and smooth sales.
· Ensure the channel remains competitive and successful through ethical selling practices.
Day-to-Day Deliverables
· Daily monitoring and updating of leads in LMS.
· Report daily activity to supervisor.
· Service existing clients.
· Maintain assigned renewals data.
· Achieve persistency targets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred).
Experience
· 0–2 years of work experience.
· Minimum 6 months of experience in life insurance sales, retail bank distribution, cooperative bank, channel management, or DSA relationship.
