To drive business growth through bancassurance and partnership channels within the assigned cluster by managing relationships, ensuring compliance, and achieving sales targets. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Managerial:
· Lead and motivate the cluster team to achieve business objectives.
· Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Functional:
· Develop and execute sales strategies for bancassurance and partnerships.
· Manage relationships with partner banks and institutions to drive business.
· Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Ensure timely reporting and MIS for the cluster.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred).
Experience
· 6–10 years in financial services, with at least 3 years in bancassurance or partnership distribution.
· Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets.
