We're looking for sharp, curious Management Trainee Interns to work across our technology and product functions — Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Product. This is a rotational program: you'll spend structured stints with each team, solve real problems in every one of them, and then go deep in the function that fits you best. You'll work on products used by thousands of creators, build the dashboards and models that inform our decisions, and sit close to the people who set direction — all with mentorship from experienced leaders.
This role is designed for people who want breadth before depth: those who'd rather understand how a feature is built, measured, modelled, and prioritised than see only one slice of it.
Engineering — ship user-facing features and backend services, understand how our platform is architected and deployed.
Data Analytics — build dashboards and reports, define metrics, and turn raw campaign and product data into decisions.
Data Science — work on models, experimentation, and our generative-AI initiatives, including in-house language model work.
Product — write specs, run user research, and help prioritise the roadmap alongside the product team.
You'll rotate through these functions over the course of the internship. Toward the end, we'll align on the track that best matches your strengths and interests.
Contribute hands-on to live projects in each rotation — this is not a shadowing program; you'll own deliverables from week one.
Build and support product features and internal tooling using modern web technologies (Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) alongside our engineering team.
Work with our data stack to write SQL queries against MySQL and PostgreSQL, build dashboards, and track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Analyse product and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and WebEngage, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
Support data science and generative-AI work — experimentation and A/B test analysis, model prototyping, prompt engineering, and helping evaluate our in-house Small Language Model (SLM).
Assist the product team with user research, competitive analysis, requirement documentation, and sprint planning.
Prepare crisp summaries and presentations for leadership — synthesising data, user feedback, and market context into recommendations.
Identify process gaps across teams and propose practical improvements.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business/Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability — comfort breaking an ambiguous problem into parts and reasoning with numbers.
Working knowledge of at least one of: a programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL), a data/BI tool, or a product management framework.
Solid fundamentals in spreadsheets and data handling; familiarity with databases and version control (Git / GitHub) is expected for technical rotations.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you can explain a technical finding to a non-technical audience.
Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn fast and switch context in a dynamic environment.
A collaborative, team-first mindset and genuine interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, or ad-tech.
Any of the following is a plus — we don't expect every candidate to have them all:
Engineering: React, Next.js, REST APIs, Python or PHP, SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), Docker, Kubernetes.
Data Analytics: advanced SQL, Excel/Google Sheets modelling, BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, WebEngage.
Data Science: Python data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), statistics and experiment design, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Hugging Face Transformers, building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Product: writing PRDs, wireframing (Figma), user research, roadmap prioritisation, or experience with Jira / Notion / Linear.
Internships, case competitions, side projects, open-source contributions, or a portfolio that shows what you've built or analysed.
Exposure across four functions in a single internship — a rare vantage point on how a tech product actually gets built, measured, and shipped.
Real production and business impact with a global base of creators, not sandbox projects.
Hands-on experience with cutting-edge generative-AI work — MCP servers and in-house SLM training.
Close mentorship from experienced engineers, analysts, and product leaders, with a fast feedback loop.
A paid internship with strong references and potential for future opportunities.
