Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is analytical, curious, and passionate about digital advertising and growth.
You'll run and optimize VeeFly's paid acquisition day to day across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta Ads and other paid platforms. Our customers are YouTube creators in the US, UK and other international markets, so every campaign you run targets global audiences. You'll be judged on paying customers and ROAS, not clicks. With 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budgets. You should be fluent in CPA, ROAS, CVR and LTV, and spreadsheets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing new ideas, optimizing campaigns, and understanding what drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch and manage campaigns end to end: structure, audiences, keywords, creatives, bids, budgets and daily pacing.
Mine search terms and placements every week to add negatives, cut waste and move budget toward what converts.
When a metric moves, diagnose it top-down, from total to channel, campaign, ad group, keyword and search term, and find the cause before changing anything.
Run structured tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages, and keep a log of what won, what lost and why.
Keep tracking honest: make sure conversions fire correctly across GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Microsoft UET, and chase down discrepancies.
Work with CRM to judge campaigns on paying customers and revenue, and build retargeting audiences from that data.
Report weekly on spend, CPA and ROAS with a point of view: what changed, why, and what you'll do next.
