JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We're looking for hands-on Engineering Interns to build alongside our team across the full stack - frontend, backend, and applied Al. You'll ship features used by thousands of creators, contribute to internal tooling and data pipelines, and get a front-row seat to our generative-Al initiatives. You'll write production code, experiment with new tools, and learn quickly with guidance from experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and ship user-facing features across our web products using Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and design tooling such as Framer.
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python and PHP, backed by MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Containerize, deploy, and operate services with Docker and Kubernetes, collaborating through GitHub and code review.
Work with product analytics and engagement platforms — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and WebEngage to measure and improve the experience.
Contribute to our generative-Al roadmap: building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and helping train, fine-tune, and evaluate our own in-house Small Language Model (SLM).
Prototype quickly, write clean and testable code, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
Depending on your strengths and interests, you may lean more toward product / full- stack engineering or applied Al we'll align your focus with you during onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Solid programming fundamentals and comfort with at least one language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PHP.
A working understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, and version control (Git / GitHub).
Curiosity, ownership, and the ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Clear communication and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Nice to Have:
Any of the following is a plus we don't expect every candidate to have them all:
Frontend / full-stack: React, Next.js, Framer, REST APIs, SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), Docker, Kubernetes.
AI / ML: Python ML stack (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers), experience fine-tuning or training language models, prompt engineering, building
with LLM APIs, or familiarity with MCP. Analytics & martech: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, WebEngage.
Side projects, open-source contributions, or a portfolio that shows what you've built.
