We are scaling our core platform and need a mid-level Full Stack Developer to own feature delivery from database schema to user interface. You will join a high-throughput, remote engineering team where you will ship clean code, deploy containerized services, and build responsive applications. We prioritize technical excellence, zero-friction local setups, and daily production deployments.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js.
Write, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, functions, and row-level security (RLS) policies within Supabase.
Containerize local and staging environments using Docker to ensure development parity.
Build and integrate clean, responsive frontend components that consume our internal APIs.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high confidence in our continuous deployment pipeline.
Requirements
3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Strong proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Supabase (or raw PostgreSQL) including schema migrations and query optimization.
Practical knowledge of Docker for local development and containerization.
Strong debugging skills across both frontend and backend layers.
Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous, remote collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with serverless architecture and edge functions.
Prior experience working in a fully remote, async-first engineering organization.
