Communicate milestone progress, resource constraints, and critical dependencies directly to executive stakeholders.
Establish and track quantitative velocity metrics to continuously improve team predictability and output.
5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a dedicated agile environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from initiation to post-launch monitoring.
Expertise with modern project management tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Linear.
Technical literacy, with the ability to understand architectural discussions and constructively challenge scoping estimates.
Strong written and asynchronous communication skills, essential for leading in a fully remote setup across multiple time zones.
