We are seeking a remote Project Manager with over five years of experience to own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical initiatives. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engineering and product teams, streamline delivery pipelines, and eliminate operational bottlenecks without the overhead of micromanagement. Responsibilities
Define project scope, build realistic delivery timelines, and proactively manage risks across multiple concurrent software development tracks.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to remove technical blockers and keep development teams aligned.
Translate complex product roadmaps into actionable technical backlogs, epics, and clear user stories.
Communicate milestone progress, resource constraints, and critical dependencies directly to executive stakeholders.
Establish and track quantitative velocity metrics to continuously improve team predictability and output.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing software development projects in a dedicated agile environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from initiation to post-launch monitoring.
Expertise with modern project management tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Linear.
Technical literacy, with the ability to understand architectural discussions and constructively challenge scoping estimates.
Strong written and asynchronous communication skills, essential for leading in a fully remote setup across multiple time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
