# Job Description – Senior Executive, Field Marketing (Branding & Showroom Display)
## Role Purpose
The Senior Executive – Field Marketing will be responsible for executing showroom branding and retail visibility initiatives to strengthen Somany Tiles' brand presence across dealer and distributor networks. The role focuses on delivering consistent brand execution, enhancing customer experience through visual merchandising, ensuring timely implementation of branding projects, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Execute showroom branding, visual merchandising, and retail activation initiatives in line with the company's brand guidelines.
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor the installation of display systems, signages, kiosks, product panels, mock-up displays, and other POSM across dealer and distributor showrooms.
* Conduct regular showroom audits to ensure branding compliance, display quality, product visibility, and maintenance standards.
* Coordinate with external vendors, fabricators, printers, and installation agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
* Track project timelines, installation status, budgets, and vendor performance to ensure quality delivery.
* Support new showroom launches, dealer onboarding, renovations, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Regional teams to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives.
* Maintain inventory and utilization records of branding materials and promotional assets.
* Prepare periodic MIS reports, audit findings, project status updates, and recommend improvement opportunities.
* Identify innovative retail branding and visual merchandising practices to enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand recall.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and brand identity guidelines during all branding activities.
## Role Specifications
Education
* Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or any relevant discipline.
* MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
* 3–6 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing, Retail Branding, Visual Merchandising, Showroom Display, or Trade Marketing.
