Techno Commercial – Waterproofing & Adhesives
Location: Noida
Role Purpose
To provide technical and commercial support for waterproofing and adhesive solutions by managing on-site product application, site trials, technical troubleshooting, contractor/applicator guidance, and customer coordination. The role will ensure correct product selection, application practices, and resolution of technical complaints across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Site Assistance
Provide on-site technical assistance for waterproofing and adhesive products.
Guide contractors, applicators, and site teams on correct surface preparation, mixing, and application methods.
Monitor application of waterproofing and adhesive systems during project execution.
Ensure adherence to standard application procedures and applicable IS guidelines.
Site Trials & Product Application
Conduct site trials for new and existing products under live project conditions.
Recommend suitable product systems based on site conditions, application requirements, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Track post-application performance and report long-term system behavior.
Technical Troubleshooting & Complaint Resolution
Investigate and resolve site-related technical complaints.
Diagnose issues including leakage/seepage, bond failure, cracking, delamination, and adhesion problems in tile/stone applications.
Provide corrective solutions for waterproofing failures and adhesive-related issues.
Recommend appropriate replacement, repair, or corrective application strategies.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, applicators, and other project stakeholders.
Support project teams in technical discussions and product application decisions.
Maintain records of site visits, trials, complaints, corrective actions, and product performance.
Role Specifications
Qualification: Graduate and above.
Experience: Experience in waterproofing, tile adhesives, construction chemicals, or related building-material products preferred.
Location: Noida.
Travel: Willingness to undertake regular site visits and travel across project locations.
Industry Exposure: Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing / Tile Adhesives / Building Materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong practical understanding of waterproofing and adhesive application.
Hands-on experience in site troubleshooting and technical complaint resolution.
Ability to understand site conditions and recommend appropriate product systems.
Good knowledge of surface preparation, mixing, application techniques, and curing practices.
Comfortable working directly with contractors, applicators, consultants, and site engineers.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work extensively at project sites and travel as required.
