Role & Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electronic systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, encoders, drives, and industrial control systems.
Diagnose faults in electronic cards, power supplies, control panels, and field instruments.
Maintain calibration and proper functioning of sensors, transmitters, and measuring instruments.
Ensure smooth operation of production machines by minimizing downtime.
Attend machine breakdowns and implement root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
Coordinate with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history.
Follow safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure availability of critical electronic spare parts and assist in inventory management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, and industrial automation.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and instrumentation.
Ability to read electrical and electronic circuit diagrams.
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Willingness to work in shifts in a manufacturing environment.
Must-Have Skills
PLC Troubleshooting (Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Delta/Mitsubishi or equivalent)
