Role & responsibilities

Supervise testing activities for tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and related construction chemicals.
Conduct and monitor physical and performance tests as per defined standards and SOPs.
Maintain testing records, reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Quality teams for product improvements and issue resolution.
Monitor raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Guide laboratory technicians and ensure adherence to safety practices.
