This is a hands-on business development and enterprise sales role for someone who can identify the right accounts, engage decision-makers, understand business and technology needs, develop opportunities, and help convert those opportunities into business.
You will work closely with Solutionara’s leadership, technical, and delivery teams across the business development lifecycle – from market outreach and discovery through solution positioning, proposals, commercial discussions, and closure.

Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, technology executives, engineering, data and integration leaders, transformation leaders, and other relevant decision-makers.
Conduct direct prospecting and account engagement through LinkedIn, email, professional networks, referrals, partnerships, and other relevant channels.

Convert market engagement into qualified opportunities and sustainable business pipeline.
Own and progress opportunities from initial engagement through qualification and commercial discussions.
Understand client requirements, stakeholders, buying processes, timelines, and business drivers.

Use market and client feedback to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and positioning.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients.
Develop account plans for strategic prospects and clients.
Identify opportunities to expand initial engagements into broader client relationships.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Solutionara’s service portfolio.
Develop relevant partner, referral, and industry relationships that contribute to new business growth.
Maintain disciplined management of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM.
Track qualified pipeline, opportunity value, sales stages, next actions, proposals, and expected revenue.
Maintain realistic opportunity qualification and forecasting.
Provide regular pipeline and business-development updates to leadership.
Maintain clear ownership of next steps and ensure opportunities continue progressing.
The role will primarily develop business around Solutionara’s technology consulting and services capabilities, including:

Experience collaborating with technical or presales teams to develop client solutions.
Good commercial understanding of proposals, SOWs, pricing, and negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder-management, and presentation capabilities.
Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales/prospecting tools.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
Comfortable participating in U.S.-aligned prospect and client meetings, including evening IST hours when required.
Existing professional relationships within the U.S. enterprise technology market.
Experience selling cloud, integration, data, digital platforms, enterprise applications, AI, or managed services.
Experience working within an IT consulting or technology-services organization serving U.S. clients.
Demonstrated success developing new-logo business in addition to expanding existing accounts.
Success in this role will be measured primarily by the quality and commercial value of business developed, including:
Qualified U.S. pipeline created
Qualified business opportunities developed
Opportunity progression through discovery and solution stages
Opportunities progressing to proposal/SOW
Closed-won business and revenue contribution
Development of strategic U.S. accounts
Pipeline quality and forecast discipline
Solutionara values commercial outcomes over activity volume. Outreach and meetings are important, but success is ultimately measured by the quality of opportunities developed and their progression toward sustainable business.
Solutionara offers a performance-oriented compensation structure designed to reward both individual performance and measurable business growth.
Fixed Compensation: 80% of Annual Target CTC
Annual Variable Pay (AVP): 10% of Annual Target CTC
GTM & Business Growth Incentive: 10% of Annual Target CTC
Sales Closure Bonus: additional earning opportunity above Target CTC
The GTM & Business Growth Incentive is linked to measurable U.S. market outcomes, including qualified pipeline development, opportunity progression, and contribution to business growth.
In addition, the role is eligible for a Sales Closure Bonus for qualifying business successfully converted into revenue. The bonus recognizes the individual’s level of contribution to developing and securing the business and provides additional earning potential above the Target CTC.
The specific CTC and applicable incentive terms will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, demonstrated U.S. market business-development capability, commercial track record, and overall role fit.
This position is based at Solutionara’s Noida Global Delivery Center and is an on-site role.
As the position is focused on the U.S. market, the successful candidate must be comfortable participating in U.S.-aligned business development and client interactions, including evening IST availability when required.
This is an opportunity to play a direct role in expanding Solutionara’s U.S. business while working closely with company leadership, technology experts, architects, and delivery teams.
You will have meaningful ownership in identifying the right markets and accounts, developing enterprise relationships, shaping opportunities, and helping convert those opportunities into sustainable business.
For a commercially driven professional who enjoys building business rather than simply managing a sales process, this role provides the opportunity to make a visible impact on Solutionara’s next stage of growth.
