Project Manager - Central Airconditioning / HVAC Projects
Job Description Job Summary : Incumbent will be responsible for :
i) Project Planning and Execution of Central Airconditioning/ HVAC
projects at various locations
ii) Handling and leading a team of Site engineers and supervisors
across 4-5 projects
iii) Timely Customer Invoicing including payment follow-ups to ensure
postitive cash flows on the project.
iv) Prepare Techno - Commercial Comparatives for Procurement.
v) Conducting Weekly Progress Review Meetings
vi) Develop a Detailed Project Schedule and Resource Allocation Plan
and monitoring of the same
vii) Ensuring Technical Submittals inline with Project specifications and
obtaining timely approvals
Desired Profile KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of various kinds of Centralized air conditioning and
ventilation systems;
Desirous to travel within India;
Good Communication Skills;
Must be a good Leader;
Hands on experience of site execution is preferred;
Physical Fitness
Education B Tech/ B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience 8 years - 10 years
