About the Role
OpsTree Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects in the Data & AI domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client relationship management, financial performance, and coordination across internal teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to agreed budgets and milestones.
Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of delivery challenges.
Data & AI Projects: Work closely with technical teams on Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and related technology initiatives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead project reviews, communicate progress, and manage escalations effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
P&L and Budget Management: Monitor project financials, manage budgets, track revenue and margins, and ensure financial accountability.
Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, promote collaboration, and establish clear ownership and accountability for project deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project commitments.
Governance & Reporting: Maintain project dashboards, status reports, delivery metrics, and regular stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing multiple complex projects, including end-to-end delivery, timelines, resource planning, and budgets.
Working knowledge of Data & AI technologies, with exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML projects.
Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing project P&L, budgets, revenue, margins, or financial performance.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery accountability.
Experience mentoring junior team members and managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
Work Location & Travel
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
