Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects while fostering collaboration, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution capabilities, along with experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation programs in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and executive leadership to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and governance frameworks.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across business, technology, operations, and external partners.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and financial performance while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
Manage project scope and prioritize deliverables while balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Establish project governance, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Collaborate with architecture, engineering, QA, security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Drive vendor management, contract coordination, and third-party engagement where applicable.
Support organizational change management, communication planning, user adoption, and business readiness activities.
Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance policies, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, delivery methodologies, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, software development, or digital transformation projects.
Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and project governance.
Strong experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience preparing executive dashboards, project reports, status updates, and governance documentation.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align project execution with organizational strategy and customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cloud migration, enterprise modernization, AI, data, ERP, CRM, or Microsoft ecosystem projects.
Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives.
Experience managing global delivery teams and enterprise program portfolios.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development lifecycles.
Experience working with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives.
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
