We are seeking an onsite HR Recruiter & Employee Engagement Specialist to manage our talent acquisition lifecycle and drive operational workplace culture. In this mid-level role, you will partner directly with department heads to execute targeted talent sourcing strategies, oversee background verification compliance, and maintain healthy employee relations. You will leverage data-driven methodologies to optimize hiring metrics while leading initiatives that keep our workforce educated, compliant, and engaged.
Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from job specification design, active sourcing, and headhunting to interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning to align talent acquisition strategies with broader business objectives.
Build and nurture talent pipelines across job boards, professional networks, and employee referral channels.
Promote employer branding by highlighting organizational culture, values, and career paths during candidate touchpoints.
Plan and support employee engagement programs, policy training, and retention initiatives to strengthen workplace relations.
Monitor and adhere to HR compliance standards, candidate background verifications, and legal guidelines.
Hit core operational KPIs, including a 4:1 interview-to-hire ratio, a time-to-hire under 10 days, and time-to-fill targets of 45 days for executives and 66 days for leadership roles.
4+ years of dedicated talent acquisition and recruitment experience, with proven success in headhunting and passive sourcing.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and multiple recruitment platforms.
Strong analytical capability using tools such as Pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, Bell curves, and advanced Excel to track workforce performance.
In-depth knowledge of candidate background verification processes, compliance, and employment law basics.
Direct, clear communication skills with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Prior recruitment experience within specialized technical or healthcare sectors.
Experience utilizing QlikView for HR reporting and analytics.
Formal experience developing affirmative action strategies and workplace diversity programs.
