Role: Business Analyst Intern (Retail Channel)
Joining Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Location: Novus Tower, Gurugram (Work from Office)
Duration: Min 3 to 6 Months
Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
PPO Opportunity: Strong possibility of PPO based on performance, suitability & business requirements.
Collect, consolidate & analyse business data related to retail sales, branches, performance & productivity
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports, dashboards, scorecards & performance trackers for management reviews
Monitor KPIs, targets, achievements & business trends
Track project milestones, risks & deliverables, & follow up on action items
Identify performance gaps & support data-driven business insights
Maintain accurate databases, trackers & reports in MS Excel
Coordinate with internal stakeholders & business leaders to gather requirements, validate data & share updates
Assist in preparing management presentations, business reviews & analytical reports
Support strategic planning, governance & execution tracking, along with process improvement & efficiency initiatives
Good knowledge of MS Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables & data analysis
Strong analytical, logical reasoning & problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business reporting, MIS & data visualisation
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL or other analytical tools is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail & ability to work with large datasets
Good stakeholder coordination, communication & presentation skills
MBA/PGDM (pursuing /completed), from a reputed B-school.
Post Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analyst or a related discipline expected to apply. Freshers are welcome to apply !!
