To provide technical support for hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting across the organization, ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction. This role will assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving day-to-day issues, and supporting new technology implementations.
System Administrator, Network Engineer, or IT Specialist.
Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and common applications.
Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic networking devices (routers, switches).
Support employees in resolving email, MS Office, ERP, and antivirus issues.
Log and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff/vendors for resolution.
Ensure timely backup and safe handling of IT assets and data.
Assist in IT audits, software updates, and preventive maintenance activities.
Maintain IT documentation – issue logs, user access records, and asset registers.
Support the rollout of IT policies, SOPs, and awareness programs.
Provide on-site and remote assistance to users in plants, offices, and branches as required.
Competencies
Knowledge of computer hardware assembly, upgrades, and maintenance.
Basic networking skills (IP addressing, LAN/WAN concepts, router/switch configuration).
Troubleshooting skills for printers, OS, and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with MS Office, antivirus, and ERP support.
