Manage and optimize daily fleet deployment based on dispatch plans and transportation needs.
Ensure maximum utilization of company-owned and attached vehicles.
Monitor vehicle movement and minimize turnaround time (TAT) across all routes.
Coordinate all preventive and breakdown maintenance activities efficiently.
Guarantee 100% statutory compliance for permits, insurance, fitness certificates, road tax, and pollution certificates.
Liaise effectively with drivers and transport vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly Fleet MIS reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including fleet utilization (≥ 90%), vehicle availability (≥ 95%), vehicle downtime (< 3%), statutory compliance (100%), and GPS tracking accuracy (100%).
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
5-8 years of progressive experience in fleet operations, transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
Proven functional expertise in Fleet Operations Management, Transportation Planning, Vehicle Maintenance Coordination, GPS Monitoring, Compliance Management, Vendor Coordination, and MIS & Data Analysis.
Demonstrated behavioral competencies in Problem Solving, Decision Making, Teamwork, Communication, Planning & Organizing, and Result Orientation.
