Join our Human Resources team in Gurgaon as an HRMS Executive, a critical junior-level role driving the implementation of Darwin Box and ensuring the integrity of our HR data. You'll contribute directly to HR analytics and enable data-driven decision-making, impacting our entire organization from day one.
Act as the primary point of contact for the Darwin Box implementation team, facilitating smooth system rollout.
Ensure the continuous, flawless operation of our HRMS, providing internal team support.
Maintain impeccable data accuracy, standardization, and compliance across all HR modules, targeting zero errors.
Create comprehensive HR dashboards and generate periodic MIS reports covering headcount, attendance, attrition, and manpower costs with 95%+ accuracy.
Support HR analytics initiatives and contribute to the automation of HR workflows.
Assist in HR audits and validate data, ensuring timely corrections.
Coordinate proactively with HR, IT, and Darwin teams to resolve HRMS-related queries promptly.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for all HR information.
Manage timely updates for attendance, leaves, transfers, and exits within the HRMS.
Identify and ensure the closure of HRMS issues efficiently.
An MBA in HR, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a Bachelor's in Computer Applications.
1-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for those with HR Analytics or HRMS course background.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and comfort working with HR software.
Core knowledge of HRMS systems, HR data management principles, and basic data analysis.
Understanding of HR reporting, MIS, and fundamental HR processes and policies.
Proven attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Demonstrated time management and learning agility.
A certification or course in HR Analytics, HRMS, or HR Data Management.
Prior training or experience in HR tech/analytics.
Direct involvement in a significant HRMS implementation (Darwin Box), making a tangible impact.
